Pink gradient mosaic pattern

An abstraction of honeycombs. I changed the very symmetrical pattern to an asymmetrical one and gave it an unusual color. It is a gradient from pink to purple with lots of shades in between. The center of this artwork shows the lightest color. Single random shapes break this scheme by showing much darker or lighter colors to set accents that catch the eye. The result of this process is a lovely mosaic pattern with a slight grainy texture as you can find it in handmade tiles.
